About
I am a social science teacher at Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School and currently teach American Government, Consumer Economics, Sociology, and Yearbook. This is my fifth year working for the district and I am very happy here!
I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with Teacher Certification. I am endorsed to teach social science for grades 6-12. I recently graduated from EIU with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and obtained my Principal Endorsement. I am passionate about the education system and the future of our society. I hope to continue being a positive influence for my students.
In my free time, I love to travel with my wife. We have visited many states within our country while also reaching Canada, Italy, Spain, France, and Belgium.
Yearbook
GRHS offers a yearbook for every school year. The yearbook is delivered the following year in September. By having a fall delivery, we are able to include graduation pictures. Our yearbook costs $40 at the start of the year, and steadily increases to $60. We recommend to order early, which will save you money in the long run.
